Today, CCAP's staff of 85 full-time employees, supplemented by contract programmers, supports approximately 2,800 users throughout the state in the court system call center. CCAP's Wisconsin Courts eFiling Support Center has a much larger base, which includes all electronic filers such as attorneys and self-represented litigants, with over 120,000 active accounts.

April 21, 2022 - Chief Information Officer (CIO) Jean Bousquet has announced plans to retire, after nearly 30 years with the Wisconsin court system. Bousquet joined the courts as a court analyst in 1993. She became CCAP (Consolidated Court Automation Programs) director in 1998 and has served as CIO since 2001.
